ABOUT BRADLEY
Bradley H. Mindlin is the founder and co-managing partner of Oro Capital Advisors. Mr. Mindlin specializes in the acquisition, ownership, leasing, and management of commercial, multifamily, and retail properties with a focus on the repositioning of distressed assets. He has invested in diversified real estate portfolios across Nevada and in California, Colorado, Minnesota, North Carolina, Florida, Oklahoma, Ohio, Texas and Canada. Mr. Mindlin began his professional career at O’Melveny & Myers as an attorney in the real estate department. A member of both the Colorado and California Bar Associations, his experience includes real estate finance, workouts, oil and gas, environmental, multi-state purchases and sales, representation of landlords and tenants, real estate litigation and negotiation. Mr. Mindlin is Of Counsel at Michelman & Robinson’s Dallas office and a member of the Firm’s Real Estate Department.
Mr. Mindlin has served as a Commissioner on the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board and as the President of the Los Angeles County Real Estate Management Commission. In addition, he previously served on the Los Angeles City Convention Center Commission, the Los Angeles City Planning Commission, and the Los Angeles Citizens' Economy & Efficiency Commission. Mr. Mindlin obtained his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the University of California at San Diego. He holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics from Duke University Graduate School and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) with honors from Duke University School of Law. Mr. Mindlin has served on the Building and Grounds committee for the Duke University Board of Trustees. He is a founder of the Young President’s Organization/World President's Organization – Aspen Chapter. Mr. Mindlin resides in Incline Village, Nevada with his wife. They have two adult children. His entire family is involved in many charitable and civic causes.
